Another update on the work being done at present, The retaining walls have now been glued in place after hand painting some distant scenes. I am in process of making some downpipes to disguise the joins. The wash out shed and the water tower have been ‘planted’ and I have given the layout a quick clean. The next big job will be ballasting, not a job I relish much, I will be using ‘N’ Gauge ballast and sand to do the job. It will all be weathered and blended later. I have also started on some vegetation in front of the low walls at the front of the layout.
